The open discussion was held in the question-answer format and the schedule for the implementation of the 2019 program was elaborated according to the priorities.

The fourth day of the meeting was particularly significant for the Armenian side. Mher Babajanyan, Acting General Director of the National Institute of Metrology CJSC reached an agreement on establishing calibration laboratories at the National Institute of Metrology of RA in 2019. On the initiative of Gevorg Martoyan, Quality Manager the issue of training of employees of the National Metrology Institute of RA was included. As a result, the 6 training courses will be conducted for the Armenian side in February-June 2019 in leading foreign organizations.

The visit for the Armenian side was really effective. The importance and relevance of the issues raised by the representatives of the National Institute of Metrology of RA were taken into account. It was pointed out that the National Institute of Metrology of RA with its level of development and saturation essentially yields to other institutions of metrology in the region. As a result, it was envisaged to allocate additional funds from the reserve fund of the program to be implemented in 2019 for the National Institute of Metrology of RA for the establishment and implementation of equipment calibration and quality management system.
